All these years later, I am at the office of Kukunochi.

Uru, still as humble and cool as when I met him 20 years ago , runs a great distro.

He said, developing the Japanese skate scene was something he took much pride in.

He was a longtime 5BORO Japan rider and made skating look rad in his way.

So, we stopped to say hello and check the office out.

These two go back a long way , being in the room with both of them at the same time,

I was really stoked.

We stuck with what we loved and did it our way.

Hanging out at PEPO Park as our nightly adventures was something I

will never forget.

Uru was suprised I made the wax cassette tapes.

He doesn’t like his photo taken.
